Let's stay friends
In order to avoid arguments & set some basic ground rules, we've listed our policies below. By staying at the apartment, you agree to these rules. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!General
- Visitors are expected to check in with the guard.
- Level of noise and in the apartment must be acceptable for all occupants. Quiet times are set between 10 PM and 07 AM.
Indoor
- Smoking indoors is prohibited.
- Please turn off the AC’s and fans in your absence as utility costs are very high in Curacao. Electricity and water are included in your stay, unless excessive use can be measured.
- Our cleaning lady, Luisa, comes by once a week for two hours. This is included in your stay.
Outdoor
- The swimming pool and beach area may be used between 08 AM and 10 PM.
- Eating and drinking is not allowed in the swimming pool. Please don’t take glassware out on the pool deck.
- Please don’t move the communal chairs / beds out on the beach.
- It is not permitted to reserve chairs & beds by putting down a towel or bag for more than 30 minutes. If you do so, others may take your space without argument.
- Barbecue is not allowed on the balconies of the apartments nor in any other public area, including the beach and the pool deck.
